Who we are

Chat2Message ("we", "us") lets you prepare, approve and send messages across supported services — such as WhatsApp, Telegram and email — from Chat2Message or from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Contact: support@chat2message.com.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and sign-in details.
• Workspace content: contacts you add, documents you upload, messages you prepare, approve or receive, and delivery status.
• Connected services: the access needed to send and receive on the services you connect. These credentials stay on our servers and are never shown to you, your browser or your AI assistant.
• Activity record: who prepared, approved or rejected each message, and when.
• Technical data: basic request logs used for security and rate limiting.

Using Chat2Message from an AI assistant

When you connect Chat2Message to ChatGPT or Claude, the assistant can see your connected channels, look up your contacts, read messages you have received, prepare messages and check delivery status. It receives only what is needed for the request you make — phone numbers are partly masked, and it never receives your credentials. Nothing is sent to anyone until you explicitly approve that exact message. You can disconnect the assistant at any time from the assistant's settings or by revoking access in Chat2Message.

How we use data

Only to provide the service: delivering messages you approve, showing replies in your Inbox, reporting delivery status, keeping your activity record, securing accounts and providing support. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your messages to train AI models.

Who we share data with

• The messaging service you choose for each message (for example Meta for WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google for Gmail), so it can be delivered.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run Chat2Message on our behalf.
• Authorities, only where required by law.

Google user data

If you connect Gmail, Chat2Message uses Google access only to send the emails you approve. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while your account is active. You can delete contacts and disconnect services at any time. To delete your account and workspace data, email support@chat2message.com; we complete deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each workspace is isolated from every other, credentials are stored only on our servers, and every real send requires human approval.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@chat2message.com.

Children

Chat2Message is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here and notify account owners of material changes.
