A plain-language summary of how we handle data. This is a draft for early access and will be finalised before general availability.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), organisation details, the contacts and documents you add, the messages you choose to send, and a record of actions taken in your workspace.
Provider connections
When you connect a channel such as WhatsApp Business, credentials are stored by the Chat2Message backend and are never displayed in the app or exposed to your browser.
How we use data
To operate the service: delivering approved messages, showing delivery status, and maintaining the activity record your team relies on. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while your organisation is active. Deleting your organisation removes its data according to the retention period described in your agreement.
Your rights
- Request an export of your workspace data.
- Delete your account or your organisation from settings.
- Ask us what data we hold about you.
