Using Chat2Message
You may use Chat2Message to send messages you are permitted to send, to recipients who expect to hear from you, through channels you have lawfully connected.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and your team roles up to date.
- Comply with the rules of each connected channel and applicable messaging law.
- Review approval requests before approving them — approval is your authorisation to send.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, or content that breaches a provider's policies. We may suspend a workspace that puts connected channels at risk.
Independence
Chat2Message is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of OpenAI, ChatGPT, Meta or WhatsApp.
Availability
During early access, features may change and downtime may occur. We'll communicate material changes to your workspace owner.
